    Cady Kaiemba, bartender, CopperTop TavernKEY LIME PIE MARTINI

    KeKe Beach Key lime cream liqueur
    Vodka
    Monin Key lime syrup
    Crushed graham crackers

    Mix the liqueur, syrup and, of course, the vodka
    Dip the moistened rim of a cocktail glass into the crushed graham crackers
    Fill the glass with the martini
    Enjoy!

    Cady Kalemba has worked at the the CopperTop Tavern, in Clay, for two years, as a bartender for one. Her favorite part of the job is the social aspect. “People can drink a Jack and Coke anywhere, but they choose to come here,” she says.
